It has been a hot minute... or month at this rate since I wrote last. It has been very busy the last month with work and home, and I finally have time to devote to my favorite obsession, home décor. =)
I had seen this table online and it definitely caught my eye! I love the modern lines, smooth surface, and soft grain detail. When we saw it at a local Target, we had to have it.
Between the two colors online, the natural was more the style we were going for. The brown is nice, however the natural fits our aesthetic currently... and I have two brown Project 62 tables that I love and this offered another option.
The dimensions are 22"h x 18"w/d. Made out of Rubberwood and veneer, it was the perfect size for our family room. We have a large sectional in there, and I have been wanting to add a table to each side for quite some time, but couldn't find one that fit the style and dimensions we were looking for.
One thing I adore about this little table is that even being a solid piece, it doesn't take up too much visual space. The base draws in as it meets the tabletop, and the smaller scale allows this little wonder the opportunity to accent your sofa, bed, or chair... which ever you place it next to. Sure, a 24"w table is great, but when you are pressed for space, every inch counts!
The grain is soft, consistent, not overpowering, and I like that! The natural color has more yellow tones in it than red, and the light bevel on top softens the straight lines.
Is it a must buy? Absolutely! For almost $110, it's steal!
I hope you a find one at your local Target as well. It is a wonderful piece that makes a subtle statement in any room.

Until next time.
